BizSpark: Access to downloads & keys without MSDN Subscription ID

BizSpark program/website lately is having some problems / updates / maintenance work.

Currently new BizSpark startups / users (all ?) can’t use MSDN Subscriptions / Downloads portal (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/),
because you can’t register your Bizspark subscription within it, because BizSpark portal is not showing your startup MSDN Subscription Id.
And there’re more various problems.

But the good news is you can access your BizSpark MS Downloads & keys without MSDN Subscription Id
 via my.visualstudio.com portal !!

my.visualstudio.com is not so convenient as good old MSDN Subscriptions, but have working Search = Filter feature, so you are able to browse all those thousandths of MS programs.

The full ’emergency’ procedure is given by MS Bizspark Support employee Karla ex.: here in second post .
I will copy paste it below :

Please note the migration has been completed, in order for you to get access to your subscription you do not need a subscriber Id. Please note subscriber assignments from 11/29 to 12/6 still have not been processed, so they will not be showing, if your account was assigned before the mentioned date, please just follow the next steps:

  1. Go to an Internet Explorer In-Private session by pressing Ctrl + Shift + P simultaneously. Please ensure no other In-Private windows were previously open.
  2. Go to My Visual Studio and sign in using the same e-mail address you used to log into the MSDN site with. Please make sure to select Personal Account, not Work or School.
  3. If the above steps do not work and you are using a different e-mail than the one listed on your subscription, try to register your e-mail as a Microsoft Account: Create an account
  4. After registering your e-mail, please close all windows and follow all the above steps once more exactly as outlined and try again. Please keep on using Personal Account, not Work or School.
